An epic Cars and Coffee gathering organized by the parts supplier Pelican Parts took place in California not so long ago.  Some of the rarest and most interesting Porsche examples in the world gathered in one place on this occasion.

There were really unique examples of cars at this Cars and Coffee gathering. The event featured Brumos Racing’s Porsche 935 as well as BBi’s own Pikes Peak winning Porsche 997 GT3 Turbo Cup. Aditional cars of interest included the Porsche 918 Spyder, the new 911 GT3 RS, a selection of Ferrari’s as well as a plethora of classic Porsches from all generations.

One of the public's favorite cars from the event was the Porsche 911 GT3 RS 4.0, which looked absolutely stunning in black with red graphics. This  high-performance model borrows the upsize engine from the track-only GT3 R and RSR. The result is an increase in output from 450 hp to 500 hp, with torque edging from 317 lb-ft to 339.
